General payment and cancellation policy
  • Visit Egypt Tours has right to inform you Case of any rates increase by supplier or governmental Taxes / VAT and sightseeing entrance fees appeared 02 months prior to arrival day and you have right to accept or to cancel free of charge,
  • Any increase Less than 02 months and you did pay the deposit Visit Egypt Tours is committed to provide the reserved services even there is increase from the Egyptian side.

any changes in package cost in the future, kindly consider the following note

⇒ 01st’ 25% from invoice amount MAX in 05 working days from the acceptance date otherwise the reservation will cancel automatically and new quotation will apply if requested again.

⇒ 02nd’ 25 % from the invoice amount 40 day prior to arrival day.

⇒ Rest of payment MAX 15 days prior to arrival day.

Full payment with the first deposit has to apply as we already have to issue and pay the full tickets fair.

⇒ Less than 61 days free cancellation

⇒ 60 – 45 days prior to group arrival day 10 % from the total invoice amount.

⇒ 44 – 31 days prior to group arrival day 25 % from the total invoice amount.

⇒ 30 – 16 days prior to group arrival day 50 % from the total invoice amount.

⇒ 15 – 08 days prior to group arrival day 65 % from the total invoice amount.

⇒ 07 – 04 days prior to group arrival day 75 % from the total invoice amount.

⇒ 03 – 01 days prior to group arrival day or no show 85% from the total invoice amount
